I would like to use Serverin manor. I do have patch 1.9 for my 360. It would be a good house for my dark elf, its free and already has the weapons rack and other stuff i need. I don't want to get it, just to lose weapons and armor, and other items. Has any one else use it? Have any problems?

It'll be safe at least once you complete certain quests and acquire it officially as your own.

I've never had any issues with the manor. However I'm on PC and use The Unofficial Patch so it's not perfectly comparable.

According to UESP there are some bugs but only one regarding items disappearing (books placed on the bookselves in the master bedroom). Nothing serious however.

I have used this home several times. No issues. ps3.
