I've been looking all over the net & while this power has had other issues for players none describe what I am seeing. I completed the quest which unlocked the shadowcloak. Initially it worked briefly...then it stopped working entirely. I do not have the shadow warrior perk & I have attempted waiting numerous days as its a 24 hour power but it still doesn't work. I have tried restarting game, going to the temple & choosing another power, then choosing shadowcloak again & it still doesn't work.

Has anyone experienced this or have a solution?

Have you tried to remove and add the spell again. ??? (player.removespell / player.addspell 00017122)
