Shadowcloak.....

The shadowcloak of nocturnal needs fixing.

When you equip it while in sneak mode you have to stand up for it to activate.

Also....

It deactivates when you search something , pick something up or use a door meaning you have to stand up again to reactivate it , giving your position away.

Please fix!

Yes, because it automatically activates by going INTO Sneak mode, where instead of just Sneaking it turns you invisible.

This is how invisibility works and is intended. You get the benefits of being nearly undetectable for the price of coming out of invisibility when you take an action. It's how it works in previous TES games too.

Right on the first count OP, it should turn on if you're already sneaking. That pisses me off having to stand up. However all invisibility stuff is meant to turn off at any action, so it isn't overpowered.

It shouldn't deactivate when you only go through a door or search a crate.....

It only lasts for 2mins and you can only use it once a day.

Not like in oblivion where you could have invisibility armor which wasn't a gamebreaker.

I guess the shadowcloak of nocturnal is only useful for running away from fights?

I suppose bethesda doesnt want you running through dungeons to get the word wall at the end or something. Anyway im quite glad the 100% chameleon and stuff are gone. It was just too tempting to cast that and run away everytime :celebration:
