This seems to have started after Windows 10 update. The cursor is really shaky and doesn't respond well with my mouse. Only in Falout 3. Every other game I've played is fine.

And yes, the mouse acceleration is off, mouse sensitivity is low. I've never had a problem up until the Windows 10 update. I hope I don't have to reinstall Fallout 3. Though the shaky cursor doesn't make the game unplayable, it's just annoying.

EDIT: Found a fix right afte rI posted this. It seems the shakiness goes away once I alt-tab and go back to the game. Skyrim has this problem too, but instead of shakiness, the windows cursor is on the Skyrim screen. Weird
