Shalidor's Insights, translated [help pls]

Just some research I posted on TIL that I'm now posting here. Hope some groupthink can help me out. I'm simply building off the research of the great http://www.imperial-library.info/users/mercgnus.

Unfortunately it seems that the text on the Eye is not the same as that presented by the mage script.
And while I think someone has already taken a look, I gave my hand a try with Shalidor's work. Each section of text is separated by spaces and is ordered from left to right, starting at the top and moving down the text and surrounded by brackets. Some I was unable to translate, so I've just offered commentary. Here is a direct reference so you can follow along. http://www.imperial-library.info/content/shalidors-insights

[Alduin World Eater: Alduin is the Nordic
variation of Akatosh and only superficially
resembles his counterpart in the Nine Di-
vines. For example, Alduin's sobriquet, 'the
world eater,' comes from myths that depict
him as the horrible, rauaging firestorm that
destroyed the last world to begin this one.]

[Does anyone recognize this 'script'? I don't. Kind of has this
science fiction-y vibe. Any Sci-fi buffs out there?]

[This final is where it gets good. I am almost certain that this final
bit of script is the script we see on the Eye of Magnus. And what's
more, is that it has the appearance of being the exact same body
of text that is in English above, where Shalidor speaks of the
dragons.
The major problem is the illegibility of the supposed "Magus" script.
Many letters share a close resemblance and either look like part of
the letter has been erased away or has minor changes. If we could build
a lexicon of unique occurrences of each symbol, then we might have a good
start. Right now though it looks like there are more unique symbols than
possible letters in the alphabet.]
