I was having a romantic evening with Dr. Li at DC center when she offered to slip into something more comfortable. This was very exciting and I told her I would love it. I stepped outside for a minute to gather myself, but there saw the awful truth about Project Purity as you can see in those pics. They are poisoning the water with toxic and radiation, they pulled the wool over everyone's eyes. Look's like Dr. Li is ready, I'll be sure to mention this afterwards.

We need to figure out what the hell's going on around here! They must've just started doing this tonight. When I walked by the Jefferson Memorial earlier today on my way to Rivet City, I saw nothing like this. The water was as clear as ever. You must've took these two pictures via a heat-sensor device, correct? I'm sure the Brotherhood would not put so much radiation in their water to make it visible to tourists.

I just hope the Brotherhood aren't up to any foolish schemes, tricking us out of purified water all this time. Maybe they were never even going to give us clean water in the first place. Maybe their warm and welcoming personalities are artificial, simply displayed to trick people of the wastes into believing they're the good guys. I need to get more information on this.
