Shame on you, and me too

So when the game first released, we all high expectations of this game. So a few bugs pissed us off, including me. Then some of you all had the audacity to burn the game to the ground because of these bugs. And some of you spit in the face of the developers who did almost the impossible and made a game of this visual magnitude looks this great on 2 consoles with identical results.

Well damn. Look at Socom 3 confrontation. There are tons of fans of that game. When it first came out, the games multiplayer was horrid and almost impossible to enjoy. It took a damn good bit of time for the patches to release to make this game as popular as it is now. And it was a PS3 exclusive- and it still took more time.

Crytek release a patch in TWO weeks, and that help the game out greatly.

Every game has it bugs, and for the console versions, the majority was blown out of proportion

Quit your whining and play the damn game. It still fun as hell.

Absolutely. People have unrealistic expectations about these games and when those expectations aren't met, they get their panties in a bunch. While some of the bugs in this game are frustrating (like all of my weapons disappearing after I melee someone -- only happened once) , it is still pretty damn fun. It'll be fixed in due time just like Killzone 2, SOCOM: Confrontation, and every other online game that has had bugs at launch.

I almost feel bad for the devs. I've noticed that it's pretty much lose-lose as far as bugs are concerned. If you push the release date back to weed out more problems, people get upset because they have to wait. Release a game on time, people get upset because it has bugs. Personally, I think they should start having 3-month closed RC periods, instead of this mess with two-week betas. Give a few thousand testers a fully functional RC version of the game, let them report back the problems over a respectable amount of time, then release the game after you've had a good opportunity to see what can go wrong. The online world would be a better place.

#1 socom 3 is not a popular game.
#2 a patch in 2 weeks that doesnt work, and made some bad things worse.{also means they knowingly released a broken game}. thanks alot crytek. i didnt work hard for my money or anything.
#3 how much money do all these developers have to make to release a game that WORKS? i know this isnt blackops, but they made over 1 billion on that game, and its still broken. unacceptable
#4 as long as people keep cutting them slack, they WILL keep doing this.quit being nice to these guys, they dont deserve it. they are selling the customers broken products knowingly.{we pay for there jobs $60 at a time, yet they seemingly rob us with every sale}
#5 dont you think if they had 200,000 people ripping them a new one, they have have alittle fire to get something done. i know it cant be easy, but its what they do{maybe what some of them shouldnt do}
#6 i know im harse, but dammit, im tired of being robbed everytime i buy an online fps. it has to stop. we have to quit showing support for on line failure, and this is{have you ever seen 2 guys with 4 green bars? NO!! FAILURE!!!!

I reckon it's luck.

Before in Black Ops, many people complained about Connection including me to the point I stopped playing. Whereas other did not faced this problem. I would try everything to stop the disconnection, yet to no avail. I was so mad at the stupid being signed of of PSN, in which I haven't.

For crysis and EA games, I hardly ever face any connection issues in comparison to Activision FPS games (COD!). I dunno, you win some and you lose some.

I would say I am very happy with my EA games. And good job crytek!

All I have to say is Bravo because you guys get what I have been trying to nail into the PC sides heads this whole time. You guys forgive easy and so do I as long as we get something for it. But most the the PC guys are blood thirsty vampires and dont even care if the guys at Crytek have a family or life.

You guys are complete idiots. Socom ratrs below a 5 on every review score because of poor multiplayer. I glad you guys actually bought copies of crysis that work. Most dont. You guys post quotes and say well spoken. Idiots. 2 weeks for a patch that did more harm than good. Rrad the threads, more people have issues now, than before. Idiots
