Interiors are hard. I've forced myself to work on at least one interior every modding session, and I'm still behind. I have to admit, four years without some some interior shots is a bit long - since there should be a handful of non plot-specific areas for atmosphere, but I'm willing to cut them some slack on that.
And if it does go south, we may get some cool resources out of it.
To my memory I recall seeing exactly one interior shot for this.
Yes, taking a balanced, some of this (exteriors) some of that (interiors, NPC's, Dialogue) approach is a great way to make sure you don't burn out with only a third of what you're hopping to accomplished completed. Not everything is done in the areas you consider to not be your strong point but at least
some of it is, so when you're done with all the 'fun bits' you'll be less likely to turn around and see nothing but a huge incomplete and unpleasant job in front of you and decide it's just to much. Watching Ravenwood grow I've become quite a fan of your approach and have every confidence in your creation, I'm quite looking forward to it.
As for the cool resources. I've been around long enough to remember when Shannon was - less than willing - to share any such thing. I'm glad to see that he's at least starting to allow other modders to assist but I remain skeptical and wary.
