Werewolf: if its in the game, adding these quests would add immersion and awesomeness. OK so you've been bitten and your infected, you have two choices, live with it, or try to find a cure, but either way your stuck with it for a while so, why not give you some quests to enjoy your new found powers? ok so whether u choose to stay a werewolf or try to become human, the first three quests are the same, basically trying to track down someone who can cure you. Then u find a "Pack" of werewolves, who are working for Hircine to do something bethesda wants him to want you to do. During these quests you find items that you can use while in werewolf form, armor that lowers your damage received from silver weapons, and finally "fist weapons" that use unarmed skill to determine damage and are effected by the unarmed perks (if there are any) ok so finally u do all the quests you've found all the artifacts and you go back to Hircine and he offers you a choice, to return you to humanity or stay and lead his werewolves. Depending on what you chose you are either cured or given an item that allows you to change whenever you want, as long as you have the disease (as a pre-requisite).
Werewolf Combat: this is something that should be included in the game, anyone who has ever played AvP as an Alien loved two things about it, Headbite and Pounce. In this case the "Headbite" would be the finisher for the werewolf, where he crushes the baddies head with his jaws. and the "Pounce" would be a leap that replaces dragon shouts while in Werewolf Form, if done from stealth, the Pounce would do 5X bonus damage, which would be equal to say a bow shot from stealth, which if i have read correctly, could possibly one hit some people if u hit them in the right places. so for werewolves no dragon shouts while in the form, but u get a pounce, increased unarmed skill, increased block/parry/damage resistance(only one of these 3), increased sneak, and night eye and detect life as well as a spell similar to the clairvoyence spell as seen in the G4tv gameplay trailer. Another power would be an invisibility spell. The Longer you go without feeding, the less powerful these benefits are, you have to be active as a beast to become powerful, the more you feed, the stronger you become instead of the opposite like for vampires in oblivion. Lycanthrope should have 4 "levels" where at level one u get 5 skill points to each effected skill and night eye but take 50% bonus damage from silver, level 2 you get 10 to the effected skills, detect life as well as nighteye when in the form and take 100% bonus damage from silver, level 3 you get 15 to each of the effected skills and the "pounce" (using dragon shout button, the powers which u cannot use while in this form, and does nothing until level 3 lycanthrope while in the form)night eye and detect life, and take 150% bonus damage from silver. Level 4 you get 25 to the skills, the pounce, nighteye and detect life (toggled on when in the form), a minor power clairvoyence-like spell, and a major power "Ghostwalk" (60 sec invis unless u attack or use skills) and take 200% damage from silver, however if u have all of the hircine items that would be useable while in werewolf form ( an unarmed weap, bracers, pants, chest, helm, no boots but any rings are useable, and the amulet slot would be taken by the "Gift of Hircine" which allows you to cast a spell that brings out your werewolf form) with all of them they reduce you weakness to silver by 50% so if u have all of the items, you only take 25% bonus damage from silver at level 1, 50% at level 2, 75% at level 3 and 100% bonus damage from silver at level 4.
And if you lived in an area like skyrim, i think every guard would have silver arrows in case they saw a werewolf, and at higher levels like 20+ for player give the guards enchanted silver arrows with paralyze for 3 sec or something. ALSO: left hand/right hand attack normally, but clicking both at the same time causes u to bite the target causes bleed damage as your 2 hand power attack
