Yup, it's about to become a reality. I actually enjoyed the first game, for like ten minute intervals at a time. This should be good. They promised they wouldn't Fu-up, lol.

Screw Shaq, man. I want what I've always wanted: A Cal Ripken Jr. game. No other athlete compares, and Shaq already blew his shot at it once.

Would Cal be a ninja in this game?

Nah, Iron Man don't need to stick to the shadows. I see it as a GTA style game set in Baltimore, and Cal would be defending the city from drug cartels. His only weapon, of course, is a bat. Over the course of the game, he get's the gang back together (Palmeiro, Murray, Mussina, etc.) and they are guided by the ghost of Brooks Robinson, Obi-Wan style. They beat the cartels, take the O's to the World Series, and Cal becomes mayor of Baltimore. It ends on a depressing note, with Cal contemplating suicide after realizing that he's the mayor of Baltimore.

Hilarious. They need to be able to deflect bullets back at the shooters with their bats.

Bat-Fu would have to be a fairly complex system, along the line of Rise to Honor or Sleeping Dogs rather than GTA Bat Combat. New moves would be unlockable, etc. And yes, Star Wars style bullet-deflection ought to be in there.
