I played through Fallout 4 a few times now and just realized something. The Father claims to be your son, Shaun. He states it's been 60 years since he was taken from Vault 111. This has to be false because there is no way Kellog would look the same for 60 years (if not even dead). Now I thought about this and brushed it off by thinking oh yeah Kellog's a synth. Then I just realized playing through again he isn't. When you kill Kellog, he had some robotic components in him, and your character says "...you were barely human." So if Kellog isn't a Synth, and hasn't aged 60 years since Shaun was taken, Shaun can't be The Father. Furthermore, a Kellog's Terminal has access logs stating Shaun was delivered to the Institute. Why the hell would he have a log from 60 years ago. Things to consider people Thoughts?

read terminal when you are inside institute. they explained the problem you stated

1) Kellogg was alive because of advanced tech.

2) The terminal was talking about the synth version of Shaun

3) Shaun looks like my Survivor and Nora

4) Shaun is the one who released you from the Vault (check the terminal in Vault 111. Nora's pod was opened manually. The SS's was opened remotely 50 years later.)
