If you want to know about the windshear blade it can be found easily:


1 you have to be on the katariah (the emperors ship) outside the quaters theres a door saying open skyrim, kill everyone up there then climb up the big wooden sail at the front of the ship you should she windshear stabbed into the sail holder.


EFFECTS can stagger and trip an enemy over, its a one handed weapon, you can enchant it since it doent have one the stagger bit is just what it said on there.

I think you mean Windshear, thats the blade stuck in the front of the Katariah, Shearpoint is a dragon lair
