I have to call BS on the propaganda about AD owning the map in beta. I was on the highest population campaign (Azura Bow? or something like that) on the last two weekend stress-tests and AD was in no way running the board. The map shifted back and forth all weekend long.

Its relative. They owned several maps due to having so many people they were locked out of many. Not saying they were winning the ones that had comparable numbers on all sides.

I am picking AD because I always played a high elf in previous es games. Also because I avoided that stater area in beta.

Personally I think everyone is following me but I may have an ego.

Yeah, me and all my friends go against the crowd. We all get together and decide who's the bad guys or least liked guys are and we all roll the bad guys\underdog and then we tell everyone we know to roll bad guys, because we don't want to be sheeple. So I come to the forums to see what everyone else is doing, so I know who to roll so I can be unique and not do what everyone else is doing and that's what all my friends do to.

AD has better quests, better main story and region stories. It's quite the tempting faction even from a PvE/solo perspective.

Yes, the other two were wiping us all over the map at the time.

Just pick your favorite Alliance.

If you won't do something just because "everyone is doing it", you are letting them tell you what to do. Just saying.

I hope AD whoops all our asses. At least initially. May "sheeple..." be the last word I hear uttered by the player beside me as we both get impaled by a rain of arrows.

Once we get that nonsense out of our systems, it's all on.

I decided DC because I'll be an Orc and want to experience that thematically. Plus I rolled the six-sider and got DC.

For the COVENANT!

Everytime I read a sheeple post, that's what I always hear them saying in my head. Personally I wish they had never released the polls or took any polls. Now no matter what, you'll probably be called a sheeple one way or the other. If you roll against AD, then you're just in the Anti-Sheeple sheep group. If you roll AD, then you just a blind follower sheep.

The only reason I know I'm not in the sheeple group is because I'll be rolling whatever group my wife rolls in. So I'm more of a lap dog than a sheeple and I'm happy! Cause she told me I was!

I dont think there is anything to worry about. Online polls are not counting everyone who didnt vote. The lack of traditional servers will also help. The recent announcement on the AMA of the "play any race in any faction" has been restricted to pre orders only with no way to upgrade after launch.

EP has the potential to be just as big if not bigger than AD. Lots of folks will be playing Nords and Dumner.

The true underdog will be DC, but that's okay. We prefer to look at as being more selective. ;)

Just because a faction has numbers does not necessarily mean they will have skill. Everyone knows that the EP is where the skilled player will be regardless of which race you choose. :bunny:

Why ? Faction based game!

Why ? People want to win!

When developers stop making stupid faction based games then things will become fun again.

I expect the skilled players of the EP to lend me a hand while the AD have me firmly bent over the battlements.
