[IDEAReq] ShehaiSword Singing

So, if anyone's read Redguards, Their Heroes and Their History from Daggerfall/Redguard, they'll remember the story of Frandar Hunding, and the art of the Shehai, or Sword singing. If you don't already know about this, you should, it's one of my favourite peices of lore.

Anyways, the Shehai is a skill Redguards can learn which allows them to create a "sword" from their mind, powered by rage, and guided by wisdom and concentration. These "swords", when at their fullest potential, can be some of the most devastating of weapons, being able to cut clean through steel and armour, and even hinted to have been responsible for the sinking of Yokuda.

I find it very unfortunate that no mod for Morrowind has been made that incorporates this. Though I do have some ideas on how one would be implemented.

Such a skill could be implemented as a scripted skill given to Redguards at chargen. It would be up to the player if they'd want to develop that skill, but if they did, it could be incredibly useful. The skill, at a low level would grant the player with a "spell" that would be dependent on your Shehai skill. It would be a scripted bound-sword that would do around the same amount of damage as a low-level sword. A separate dagger or short sword version could be made as well, though the Shehai in lore is usually depicted as being something of a falchion.

As the player advanced their skill, new versions of the "spell" would be granted to the player, also dependant on weither your player was more proficient in long or short blade. At first the Shehai would just do more damage, but then it would eventually start to do things like disintegrate armour, provide the player with bonuses, damage the enemies fatigue, and other things.

Like I said, the Shehai would be implemented as a "spell", but this spell wouldn't take up Magicka, it would probably slowly drain your fatigue, then once your fatigue was gone, slowly drain your health. That being said, the Shehai would have advantages, you wouldn't need to repair it ever, and you could also cast spells as well as use it, but you would need to dedicate some of your stats into fatigue and health, as well as make sure to carry some potions around, as the Shehai would literally drain your life away at a low level.

I think that if done right, such a mod would be extremely fun to play with and make playing a Redguard indefinitely more interesting. Would anyone be up for the challenge? I don't expect anyone to be right away, since it would be a decently complex mod, but I thought I'd ask anyways.
