Phitt, will you also include the updated Daedric armor set by McMuffin:

No, he hasn't yet released his second version. I believe his plan is to have the second release to be the final one, and it will include the armour plus shields and weapons.

I can hold off doing anything until an esm update if thats the case. From that screen, it really looks like the whole of the northern ashlands is done (I'm not counting the Foyadas). Were any dungeons ever completed for the Ashlands?

Only Bthuand, and that one is only a recreation of the original MW dungeon (= tiny).

If I get permission I'll certainly include everything McMuffin releases, don't even need to see screenshots anymore. His meshes are awesome, probably better then any Beth modeler would do.

I'd love to help with textures or anything else (not models) that need attention too. Im pretty handy with textures, interiors, and landscaping. Thats if your still looking for help

Although I wouldn't count on me for quests and scripts either.

send phitt a PM ampolX. I'm sure he'd appreciate whatever help you can offer. But I haven't been able to get a hold of him lately. I too would like to continue helping with Forsaken Isles, but the project seems to be grinding to a standstill.

Nah, the project is doing fine. I made a lot of progress, including a 100% finished Velothi tileset, two tombs and good progress on landscaping. I guess I'll make a Velothi video during the next days to show the outcome of my efforts.

Ok. Great! It just looked a little standstillish for a few weeks on your forums. But, I'm glad you've been working on it.

Velothi video is up on Youtube (though currently only in low quality, guess in a few minutes it will also be available as HQ). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e1aweGB2mQo

Sorry for the stupid music, was the best free scary music I could find quickly.

A couple of days ago I remember having a dream where I dreamt this project was finished and I was downloading to go exploring. Do I play Oblivion a little too much maybe....

Looking good - if I hadn't so much left to do in Oblivion I would install Morrowind again and play that.

Cheers!

While I'm going around bumping threads that I like, I'll do this one and say "I'm rooting for you!"

I've made a decision. Sheogorad will go open source. That means I will release what I have now so others can use the assets in their mods and have a look at all the new stuff in game. It was a tough decision, but I simply have far less time then I used to have. I don't see how I can finish what I have in mind in less then at least another year, which is too long. Before anyone asks, that doesn't mean the project is dead. It only means I will make the assets and the work done so far available to the public. I will still keep working on it and hopefully have a full-blown mod someday.

I will put everything together and get permissions if needed during the next days. Then I'll upload to Nexus.

I don't know to cheer or cry  I am going to enjoy walking in the Forsaken Isles but miss your ideal of a total experience. This has felt to be a mod that was being worked into perfection. Time is thee most important commodity we have as humans, so I understand about the time restraint.

Hope to see this finished in the state you want it to be one day Phitt.

Cheers!

I'll probably end up waiting for the real deal, anyway. I can wait as long as it takes. :)
