I tried to use the Wabbajack in The Mind of Madness quest for Sheogorath in Skyrim, and I can't use Staff, when I use it on the sleeping king, doesn't seem to work. My one handed is 87 and my destruction is 25. Should I raise my Destruction in order for the staff to work before I go back and do the quest, I loaded from a previously saved game.
