Guys, the CoC mantled Sheogorath, and became him. To know what mantling is, in short, you act like them to the T, it becomes impossible to tell who is who apart. If it walks like Sheogorath, talks like Sheogorath, smells like Sheogorath, and quacks like Sheogorath, it must be Sheogorath. Also, mantling is not something new, Tiber became Talos through this by mimicking the enantiomorph of the Rebel-King, and became the new stand-in for Shezarr, Talos.

In short, Sheogorath will still be Sheogorath.

The Champion of Cyrodiil probably made like Tim Allen in The Santa Claus. When he put on Sheogorath's regalia, he started to grow a beard, at the time the only person in all of Cyrodiil to have an actual beard, and his beard turned white. He developed a Manx accent and every night on the 24th of Evening Star he flies out on his sleigh powered by a dozen tiny Boliwogs, with an Elytra leading the way with its glowy butt to deliver gifts to all the children Mazken and Auriel regardless if they were naughty or nice. Cheese would have been one of the gifts but was shelved at the last minute for being stolen by the Gatekeeper who nommed all of it.
