This is so awesome,I didnt think they would add him into the game. Hes even got the same voice and talks about cheese LOL But thats all Im gonna say without spoiling anything. It doesnt look like him though,but to anyone obsessed with him,well hes there.

He makes references to the last game, which makes me think he is actually the PC from Oblivion, which would make sense if you played Shivering Isles.

If you have played Shivering Isles then you'll know that it can't be him.I am pretty sure it's actually your character from Oblvion.

It could actually be him but I cant explain it here or id spoil the quest. I tried opening a discussion of it in the spoilers section but no one responded.

He references being the Champion of Cyrodiil, he said something about being there with Martin Septim. And he talked about the title of Sheogorath being passed down from me to me, which I thought was a reference of him becoming Jygallag, then Sheogorath again, etc, and then it being passed on to the CoC.
