Sheson's memory fix + SKSE, settings for this?

Hi all,

I'm trying to get more info about the memory fix found by Sheson, that I'm using with SKSE, latest version.

I have the fix installed, game loads fine, though fps is maybe a bit low. The fix sets the first memory block (via an SKSE ini file in an SKSE folder in the data folder when using SKSE) to 768.

I'm wondering if the game might run smoother if I actually set mine to 1024?

Also, oddly, when I installed that ini file, I found it would not actually work (I had repeated CTDs) until I also edited the OnHook: thread value of my skse_steam_loader.log file in my users/Ian/documents/mygames/skyrim/skse value to 25908.

Does anyone know what the OnHook thread value actually does?

Thanks.
