The technique: Use Shield Charge to bash someone and knock them into the air, then use Unrelenting Force on them while they are in mid-air. Additive momentum for the win.
You can either launch NPC's forwards with great force, or knock them high into the air.

If you want to try something related, you can try a combo using either shield bash or unrelenting force, then use something like a spell that applies force to launch them while they are mid-air ragdolls. I haven't tried it. This could possibly launch things to the damn moons.
