Will the Shield Wall perks affect my blocking with one-handed weapons(while having no shield)? I am looking for the information, but all pages on the internet talk about Two-Handed.

If not, then I am going to be mad, because the description should have specified which weapons are applicable.

It applies to be both 1h, 2h and shields
