If you have Steam in Israel, you can just get it from Steam, eh?

If you pre-order from steam, you just download the game when it comes out. I don't know why you can get it delivered, but it may become available to you closer to the release date.

So you can't order it from Amazon or Gamestop or something like that? They don't deliver games to Israel?

I mean, I could import games from the US or China or Japan if I wanted to, so why shouldn't you can do it as well?

Know anyone from a country they WILL ship to? You could always get them to forward the package to you.

If you get someone in America to send it to you, make sure you put this as the "Name" for the delivery: [Your Friend's Name] C/O [Your Name]
Anything else is mail fraud.

There are protections from eBay and Paypal that prevent those kind of things.

First of all, you have the seller ratings, if 99% of people are happy with the sellers products, they aren't opening the box and trying to cheat the customer. And then there are the ratings, if the seller labels something "new in box" and it has been opened, you can return it at the seller's expense. If the seller doesn't do it, you can contact eBay or Paypal and get a refund.

And then there are eBay store fronts, that run a whole business out of eBay, rather than paying for a store front. If you buy from someone who is a legitimate business, they cant do something like what you said, or they would get fraud lawsuits.

Couldnt have siad it better myself Shadowcat. Omerbur, if you really cant get the game any other way, then go with Ebay, even if somehow/someone tries to cheat you, like Shadowcat said, you will get a refund no matter what.

I assumed he was talking about CD keys as well, which are checked each time you play online multiplayer. If the seller had used or sold the CD key, and then repackaged the game, the game would kick you off of the server whenever more than one instance of your CD key was logged in.
