Shiver Isles and knights of the nine won't work on my xbox : IV

I bought the disc for Shivering Isles and installed it on my xbox. When I loaded the real game it said loading extra content for a few seconds. I then open my save and waited 24 in game hours. Nothing happened so i kept playing and went to anvil but there was no profit there. So I trie uninstalling the game and reloading it. I still am unable to play. I really need help.

Did you install the patch that was also on the SI disc?

Also if you don't have xbox live then it is possible you may be using an older dashboard version. According to the thread on top of this forums there is an issue with a certain dashboard version that is not compatible with SI. So if you don't have xbox live then check that thread to make sure you are not using the wrong dashboard version.

I dont have box live but i did get a dashboard update when i got modern warfare 2. So i dont think thats the Problem.

When you say you bought the disc with Shivering Isles, are you talking about http://www.amazon.com/Elder-Scrolls-IV-Shivering-Xbox-360/dp/B000VXKSLW/ref=pd_sim_vg_5 If so, Knights of the Nine is not included, so you will never meet the Prophet in Anvil. You can still enter the Shivering Isles, though. Swim into the Niben Bay, east of Bravil. Look for an island with a large stone head on it.

Yes this is what i got but i have searched all over the bay with no luck.
