Shivering Isles: A Liquid Solution(quest) question!

On UESP wiki it says after you complete "A Liquid Solution" Sickly Bernice will ask you to get the aquanostrom after you wait a while. How long is a while? 24 hours? A couple of days?

I don′t think you have to wait. Simply get to the location and voilá :)
