Host migration does not work if someone Dashboards or turn off their router. If, who ever is host, leaves the game back to the lobby, it will migrate host.

If it disconnects or freezes, it will not host migrate. I had the situation where it looked like a host migration was occuring, but it put me in a game alone. I had reboot my router because it was my connection that kicked me from the game.
