As a shooter.. this game blows.

MP can be fun but if you play it like a shooter it straight up svcks. Hit reg is god awful, probably the worst I've seen in a major game. I've gotten headshots on guys I wasn't even aiming at, dropped a clip into a guy to find out that he was actually behind me the entire time. I've gotten killed by being hit in the foot. And killed guys after they ran around the corner. One shot weapons seem okay, but anything automatic is a crap shoot. Some games you can just run through guys and others it takes a dozen bullets and 2 melees to kill. Let's see, I start shooting a guy that's cloaked then he uncloaks and kills me in a half second. Go to stealth kill a guy and I melee him instead, so he turns around an kills me. Oh, I love this.. Weapon attachments make your gun more accurate?!? Controlling recoil yes, but more accurate? come on. Oh and did you know that scopes can reduce recoil?? Oh and weapon won't fire... so nice..
I'm sure there is more, but I think I made my point. All in all it's a fun game, just don't rely on your standard weapons to work consistently. Sure you can get to learn what might happen and when, and figure out a way to do well.. but does that compensation really mean you're getting better or??

What platform are you playing on?? I havent really had any of the problems you talk about, sounds like your ping must be really, really high or something.

It would appear that the scar+laser was an issue even back in the Crysis 1 and Wars days.

Either you're playing on console with that godawful automatic server-finding system where everyone is permanently lagged, or you're playing on PC and are picking servers which are ridiculously far away from you (i.e. high latency).

Crysis 2 hit reg was so close to perfect, but then Crytek made C3 hitreg more clientside friendly to accomodate laggers...and speaking as someone who lags all the time on US servers, I do NOT support clientside and believe in fully server-side hit reg.

Anyway hit reg in C3 is still very good compared to some other shooters I've played with godawful hit reg like Battlefield 3, where basically everyone is at permanent 300-400ms delay regardless of ping and dying half a second after running around a wall/cover is just something everyone has become used to.

The times you died by getting shot in the foot is called the Bow, it has glitched aim-assist (even on PC) where arrrows will follow you through solid objects. If the target isn't Armored (or doesn't have Auto Armor), the Bow and Gauss are 1-shot-kill regardless of where they hit. This game doesn't have localized damage for different body parts. All bodies are divided into two parts - head, and everything else. So getting shot in the toe (or your finger) does exactly the same damage as getting shot in the middle of your chest. Crytek's decision I guess.

But the hit reg is still fine.

ahhh hit-boxes really funny in this game xD what I noticed when I aim to headshot at very long distance I must aim the red dot up 1mm of player head to get headshot like wtf?!

anyways its challenging its not hard as first time I play the game, actually crysis2 is super easy oO but still require one point: energy management skill..

If by issue you mean how the game was meant to be played, what we all loved and with absolutely no one complaining then yes, there was lots of it.

And OP didn′t even say a single word about it, anyway. Regarding to OP′s post I′m certain, as DrMizlie said, that most of the problems are related to lag in the servers he plays in.
