Candle is probably from http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=8710 or at least from one of the Midgetalien's Ayleid related little addons. Location is most definitely from there. Not sure about the urn, but I believe it's Connary's.

EDIT: and yes we do, it's Mod Detectives I assume

I can confirm the urn it's definetly Connary's.
And yeah the other one seems something like The Forgotten Halls.
