lmao. your a PC gamer who is biching about a console dominated game. get sum **** skill be more patient and dont run down the middle of the streeet with cloak on and you might get sumwhere. and by the way if you have armor enhance past level 2 you dont have that problem. and MVP in almost every match. just cause you cloack and sit in a high traffic corner and get most your kills that way does not mean you have skill. keep telln yourself whatever you need too. in order to think you got skills in a game. and its not a bug its not a glitch. its apart of the game this specific game. you dont like that **** play sumthing else because you being the only person ive seen biching about this is not going to change their mind anytime soon. why dont you start pressing them with actually bugs in the game like for example no being able to fire immediatly after a reload. ive reloaded weapons more then a few times. He wasn't really biching, and quite a few people (myself included) don't quite see why the feature is there. If what you say about armour enhance 2 is correct though (that you can sprint full speed in armour) then I guess we know why it's there, else the perk would be less useful.

Personally I think the slow weapon change speed is so that the perk which has faster weapon change (weapon pro levelled?) is more potent.
