Should Bugs Be Reported In This Forum?

I have a few minor issues I wanted to post for Bethesda. They may already be aware of them, but I wanted to make sure I post them in the correct spot. The reason I am asking, rather than going ahead and putting them into the PC issues forum is that I assume that they are bugs which are common to all platforms. If anyone knows which forum is the correct one for posting bugs, please share. I appreciate it.
