should Daggerfall be playable in an 'extras' menu? : V

Lots of other games have extras menu ie concept art, dev interviews etc..

I think it would be awesome if they made Daggerfall playable in the options menu.

what are you thoughts on this?

I know it's an old game and all, but I don't want to hear there wasn't enough space for the voice acting if they have room for an entire extra game...
Plus didn't they already give us Daggerfall as a free download???

Umm dude, you can download Daggerfall and Arena for FREE. You just need a DOS emulator to play it. My friend uses DOSBox.

Daggerfall is already a free download, and the disk space and dev time could be used for stuff that's actually related to Skyrim.

anyway no you can get both games for free, if you want it get it. to put in on Skyrim would be wasted Breath to folks...like the one quoted for instance.

... Ooookay so I need to play every game of a serie to be able to enjoy the last one? Playing Daggerfall after Skyrim would be such a step back that nobody would enjoy it.

It's not like Daggerfall is exactly hardware intensive. You don't need a gaming system to play it.

You're posting from a computer aren't you?

DOSBox can be run on just about any computer. Plus, the way the controls for Arena and Daggerfall are set up, it would control horribly on a console. About the only downside is that Daggerfall is a bit of a pain to install through DOSbox, but it runs perfectly fine once you do.

Plus, even if Bethesda did try to put it up for free, Microsoft and Sony would almost certainly force them to charge for it. Usually the only games that are free on XBL and PSN are demos and very simple indie games.
