By Unofficial Fan Patch, I assume you mean quorn's Morrowind Patch Project, which does include most of the bug fixes listed on that page. Some, however, are not really bugs, and may not be included (like the Key Namer patch).

If you run mlox, it will tell you if you have loaded any plugins that duplicate stuff from the MPP, and it's probably mostly right.
