Should I get the Restoration Magicka Regen Perk? I wont have any other Magicka regen on my gear, since I will mainly use 2 colleges and I will have either 75% or 100% cost reduction on them (Destruction, Alteration). I will probably never use Illusion Spells or Restoration, but I will throw down the occasional summon. I expect to have a big magicka pool otherwise, however, just to support summons or the occasional Invisibility or etc.

Will I be able to get by without the 50% from the restoration perks?
