Should Insanitys Celtic Katana get Bash tags?

Hi.

Does anyone know if http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/15389/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D15389%26preview%3D&pUp=1 should get delev and relev bash tags when building a Bashed Patch?

AFAIK, no. It is not included in any leveled lists to require bash tags.
