wouldnt it svck if you started a fight with a dragon but couldnt use your tummy spells cause your voice was gone? i would love to have a chances of getting laryngitis if you over use your dragonshouts or spend to much time outdoors in cold environments.

I think you should have a small chance of waking up in the morning with cancer. It would really add to the immersion when I learned I would have to hobble around on one leg following my amputation. It would also be great to be restricted to cities if you were missing any limbs because you obviously couldn't survive out in the wilderness.
