Long story short: bought a powerful PC a few years ago, PSU burned MB+ram about 6 months ago, current system:
3930K
16GB @ 1600
6870 CFX
new PSU (AXi)

I'm playing on a 1680X1050 (don't say: 3930K and a 720p monitor? I like that monitor, period) screen and can't run the game smoothly with medium textures and high, only with medium textures and medium graphics (above 100FPS, though).
Is it supposed to be like that or what?

PS: I do get a HUGE bottleneck if OC the CPU above 4.3

I ran the game on high/veryhigh with FXAA at 50-60FPS @ 1600x900
on a phenom II and a single 6870
