GoG swear all their games work on WIn 7. The CD versions have been known to have foibles.


I have the GoG version of FO 1 working on Win 7 64-bit. Installed fine and using the hi-res patch from NMA. Also installed FO 2 from White Box trilogy. Using official patch + NMA hi-res patch. Both games work fine.

(And on a side note- whilst I'm cool with first person shooters, I do miss the isometric view of games like the original FO games: Temple of Elemental Evil, Baldur's Gate, Crusader, Crusader 2)

I don't find the graphics dated, in fact they have better animations then Fallout 3 if you really pay attention :laugh:


Especially the death animations. Nothing beats seeing a man teared to shreds by a good ol' bozar burst.
