I played New vegas on my xbox about a year ago and enjoyed the hell out of it. Now i've got a gaming PC, i was going to play it again with a few mods. I've never played fallout 3, but i'm led to believe NEw Vegas is better than fallout 3 in all aspects. I also know the ending to FO3, so story twists wouldn't be enough to draw me in.

I was wondering, would i get as much enjoyment out of 3 with lots of mods as i did out of NV? I don't want to waste money on something i probably wont enjoy as much as it's sequel.

Fallout 3 contains some of the greatest mods known to man. Plus they are all complete and bug free. And I wouldn't call NV anything close to a sequel.

Well according to almost everyone these days, NV is better in almost all aspects (as it should be being newer and all), except the exploration in the game, and as the person above me said it has a ton of awesome mods!

Other: Play Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics. Then play Fallout New Vegas :fallout:

You may get just as much enjoyment without mods.

But with mods, I can certainly guarantee you will. Mainly because there is so many Fallout 3 mods available, and you can fix just about every single problem you can think of that was wrong in the vanilla game.

No arguing this, if you enjoyed NV playing these games are must.
