Should I reset my skill points?

Hey guys so I just hit 100 for one-handed and have the option to reset my skill points. If I do, I'll get 7 skill points back. I'm a level 40 Nord, and my other weapon option is two handed, which is at 69 currently.

This is my first play through of this game. Do you think I should get the skill points? I could use them on two-handed and enchanting. What do you suggest?

Keep them if you wish I only reset a skill to get a few extra perk points if I need them.

The only other time I make a skill legendary is so I can level using skills my character actually uses, I personally never respec my character.

My Opinion,

If You have found swinging Two Handers to be more fun than One-Handed, then go ahead. I Legendarize Conjuration at least twice on (most of) My Mages. I do have a Saved Game from a character that took the Weapon specific Perks in One-Handed, and will spend Friday Night exploring Solsthiem to free up the Five Perks.

I would not Legendarize a Skill that takes a long time to relevel, or a Skill that is really needed by My character. I have Legendarized Destruction on a Mage, because I wanted to face the Ebony Warrior with a Pure Mage. I would not Legendarize Conjuration on My Necromancers, Thralls need to be replaced sometimes.

I'm not sure why you invested in both one-handed and two-handed skills. Perhaps you want the ultimate melee fighter? It might be a good idea to take the perk points out of one-handed and invest in combat skills such as Block, Heavy Armor, Light Armor, and even Sneak or Archery. This way, you'll have a more robust fighter who can hide, deal damage from a distance, and handle close-quarter fights as needed. Good luck!

I never reset offensive skills, but thats just me. Then again, if your two-handed is at 69 you can use those perk points there so it shouldn't be too bad. I'd say go for it.
