I think The Elder Scrolls V should be for mac/windows but I am not the majority so I would like to see if the majority agrees with me.

Bethesda hasn't developed any Mac games or had one of their games ported to the Mac so this seems unlikely. With the advent of boot camp there's also less impetus for a native Mac port since there are options for getting the PC edition to run. As for releasing TES V on PCs, I don't believe Bethesda's commitment to the platform has waned any so I'd certainly expect them to continue releasing PC editions in the future.
