Basically i read on Cheatcc.com a while back that said do not update Fallout New Vegas as there are problems with this update. Now i was wondering if i should update it since its been so long. I saw that on my PS3 the update was gonna be near 300mb so i decided to cancel it. By now has the updates been fixed? Or should i still not update it. Do i need to update the game in order to play any of the FNV Dlc's?

If you're using PS3 then the game updates are mandatory. I've never been able to load a game and bypass a game software update in the process. My PS3 New Vegas is amazingly stable, and has been for some time. Lots of early problems, and I'm sure one of the updates actually made things worse. But currently, its very good.

For me i press cancel and it just skips the update but signs me out of PSN and i can not log back in. But i can still play so whatever. But my other question is can i play all the DLC's without the updates?

yeah, unfortunately you cannot play the DLC without the update, but the 1.07 update for the PS3 makes the game incredibly unstable later on in the game.

would all my stuff from the DLC dissapear or would I keep it?

I am not sure if it would disappear, but it would certainly malfunction if it didn't. I tried playing the DLC with 1.06 instead of 1.07, and it was really buggy
