Im not sure if I should buy Fallout New Vegas and each DLC seperatly or if I should just wait for Game of the Year Edition. Are the DLC's any good ?

You could wait if you have not bought a single DLC as of yet. You get all of the DLC's plus by the time it does come out a large amount of the problems with the game will be resolved (hopefully). Plus you pay for only New Vegas' original cost and more or less get the DLC for free.

The problem is that you will have to wait, though if you have waited this long I do not see it as a problem.

If you have waited this long for the main game and the DLC's you shouldn't have a problem wait a little more. You will in all probability be able to buy it cheaper and with less bugs/glitches. Also it will be immediate gratification for you...no waiting months for the next DLC. (not a complaint its just a reality of real time gaming)

They confirmed that they were not releasing any DVD's of the downloadable content. Not sure if they meant that as in like Operation Anchorage/Pitt type packs, GoTY, or both. Just don't hold your breath for GoTY edition.

There is no guarantee of a GOTY or a special edition, so if you do wait you might end up waiting for nothing. Also the DLCs are good, however I did not like Old World Blues. That's more because it just didn't fit my tastes and not because it is necessarily bad.

Personally I would say yes. If there is a GOTY edition great, if not no biggy.

If you are the type that likes to plan out their character. I think that having all the dlc's at once makes it easier to plan out what kind of character you want to play.

Hmmm. I think there is only one response to this question. Wait for the FONV GOTYE! Clearly you are not a Fallout 1,2, (interim),3, FNV nutty, crazy, insane (insert verb), live in virtual world fanatic like me...us...? Please if anyone is listening I need help or confirmation I am not the only nutcase out here!

Yeah I always think this when people talked about goty version. Maybe they can call it RPG of the year as it did win a few of those.
