I'm done with Brink. Sadly, I have been since four days after release, hit level twenty and couldn't play multiplayer. I've tried it a few times since, well MP is up, but everyone acts like total idiots, and there's still some lingering lag, feels like I'm facing bots all over again. Basically what I wanna know is if it'd even be worth it to hold off on selling this game till DLC drops. EBGAMES offers me 30 bucks, that may be my best offer and I might just take it. Just curious what you guys think about the DLC's quality, will it be worth the wait? A few new maps with new guns and a whole bunch of fixes? Or is it more likely they're gonna give us one more map and a thousand more pants that all look the same.

Give the DLC a chance. If it still svcks, sell it.

have you tried playing competitive mode? no AIs. no lag ever (for me at least) and this game is great in my opinion...what console are you playing on? I understand alot of people are idiots and or dont have mics.. but at least 1-2 players in every game i join have somewhat a clue of what there doing.. since release i have added about 15 people to my friends list that know how to play and have mics which makes the game ten times more fun.. on that note.. do what you want but you're excuse for leaving is beat

I'd say give the dlc a chance.
But then again if the game bored you after 4 days you're probably not going to enjoy the dlc. If i recall correctly there will be 2 new maps (founder's tower and something else) and 2 new outfits (sad punk and the limey cop... I assume each is a new piece for most slots) and bayonettes and some sort of shield for reducing headshots (???).
Also a few new abilities and 4 more levels on the cap.

If you enjoy the game then stick with it. If you don't enjoy the game then it doesn't matter how many dancing tapirs are in it you'll never enjoy it.

i tell my one friend who bought it the same thing.. but still everytime i see him log on psn its str8 to capture the flag on cod.. dah!!!!! play a real game!!
