I have the updated Geforce drivers, I have tried various things but the game runs very slow. the cinematic runs fine but then when it goes to create the face it runs very slow, unplayable. I know that I am a little below spec on the processor but I should be able to run on low settings. Please advise. note: when the intel 5500 graphics card is on the screen flashes, I turn it off and that issue goes away.

The 920m is quite weak. You might have to set the resolution down to 1280x720 for semi-playable framerate (~30fps). At your native resolution its going to be sub 15fps.

Make sure you r running the game on 920m instead of Intel graphic...

For all the good that'll do. Anything ending in x20m by nvidia is pretty much.. not gonna run this game.

1280x720p (choose low preset) and leave it there. It should work.
