Let's give a shout out to ZOS for bringing out the game!
I bought the digital Imperial edition. What did all of you get?
regular digital. I usually never get the CE.
I am a bit upset about having to pay for the ability to be Imperial, but I'm very happy all pre-orders get the ability to choose a race and then choose an alliance! I have been preaching this from day 2.
Imperial Edition FTW! Love you ZOS, good work.. even though some people hated your decision, I think its the absolute best reason to by the special edition I have ever seen!
At this point not one red cent.
Even after F2P.
I bought the Digital Imperial Version. And I felt that the variety of perks given made it well worth the asking price.
@Psymon - Dude do you even have money to spend? Or does it all go to pot and porm?
Now, we have to start making/LF guilds soon!
And I'm sorry that some people feel cheated or whatnot, but can we keep this thread for
people who wanted the game regardless?
Its as simple as this. Usually when you get a pre-order special edition, its only for things you will never use. Well I'm actually going to use the Imperial Race!, im actually going to use the FREE mount, I'm actually going to use the XP increase rings (even though i have to find someone to share it with, "anyone here wanna do it with me?". So I'm paying only 25% more for stuff I actually get to use! Man its great.
Do you have any idea what a horse costs in the game? Oh ... no ... of course you don't. And a mudcrab ... I instantly coughed up the $s for the Imperial Edition.
Pre-ordered a physical Imperial Edition copy for PC today
Yes, but you could use similar logic if a whole quest zone was released with the Imperial Edition, but not with the standard edition.
Digital Imperial Edition. I was sorely tempted by the physical copy goodies, but then I remembered that they always end up in some pile of stuff that I never look at again.
I don't usually do CEs, but this time I did Digital Imperial Edition.
And normally I hold off for a while on my preorders, but I jumped at this one today just because people were getting so hysterical about it While I sympathize with some (not all) of their concerns, I feel like the DEGREE of animosity is disproportionate to the seriousness of the issue. My opinion, of course But I was prepared to vote for my opinion with my pocketbook.
Some of us decided on the CE (Imperial) edition long ago, so meh.
You can pre order for quite a while, I will pre order the digital CE very soon, as I really want dat imperial race.
I'm pretty excited as well. Glad i can play as an Imperial. Especially in that awesome looking armor.
I haven't pre-ordered yet, but I will in the next few days. Going to pick up the retail CE edition. I want that statue.
I'm fairly certain the developers have made it so that your race will not make certain classes more effective, especially since every class can fill every role.
I might be getting the imperial edition for the PS4, not sure yet. If I'm still able to pre-order it in a couple weeks when I go in to pick up Thief I'll do so if not I'll get the standard edition. Unless you can only pre-order online then I'm not sure.
Purchased the Digital Imperial Edition direct from Bethesda.
No! That's putting words into his mouth. *Deep Sigh
Look, "Features" are things like race, and faction, and class, which define what you get to "be" in a game. "Content" are things you get to "do" in a game, like: Quests, and Dungeons, and PvP. So stop bringing up this false argument about Zenimax promising not to make you pay for "Content". All you're really doing is stirring yourself up. And you'd be far better off finding something else to spend your time on.
I bought the Digital Imperial CE for $64 at GMG.
