Moar windows, this time the common ext window.

Before: http://img84.imageshack.us/img84/808/mgescreenshot044.jpg
After: http://img714.imageshack.us/img714/4509/mgescreenshot043.jpg

...and for those of you who may be unsure what I am doing to the windows, here's a set of two screens that I hope will help you get an idea of what the maps look like in action. It's probably easiest to see along the left side of the window pane if you switch between these two shots and you should probably be viewing them at full resolution...

Statis pictures really do no good to bump mapped objects. :( But great job Knots, keep this up, and it'll become a definite must-have. :foodndrink:

Knots- Looks very cool, you might consider making the reflection/environment map (unclear on the specific term, not talking about the bump map though) include some scenery from the area where those windows are most used, so Mournhold would have a cityscape, Redoran would reflect the ashlands, etc. Like Oblivion's window reflections, I guess.

SJ, I already did that on the advice of Fallen One. The mod is released already though there is still more work to be done, you can find the REL thread http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1355487-wiprelz-kn-windows/page__p__20433695.

Project: Outreach
The Province of Elsweyr

We don't have much concrete work done but we have two showcase areas that we are working on to show the public a small bit of our plans and our skill.
There isn't much information to release yet except some basic geographic plans. Such as: The northwest desert will more than likely contain sand dunes. Dune may be surrounded on a couple of sides by a large "dune" of sand but it isn't really a dune. Otherwise the city would be buried. The Cyrodiil border is planned have some hills and grasslands(depends on what P:C is planning for that area though). Corinthe will either be right on or close to the steppes spearating the desert from the forest. We were thinking of a small canyon in the badlands. We are looking further into the lore department before any inset plans are made. Some of these plans may not make it another day. The main questline is being brainstormed while we get ready for the real work ahead. If you wish to look at our forums, go to http://projectoutreach.4umer.com The literature department is is being handled in a different way than others so I would advise avoiding that area. ;)

Any more info would either be at the forums, or not available as of yet.

After 2 months of search for a good picture for create a good rock texture (Tx_BM_rock_03), I have finally found one \o/.
The texture "Tx_BM_rock_03.dds" available in many textures pack looks like too much like sand, so it's for this I wanted to create a new texture for it.

Here is the result (its the same color like the vanilla one). I really like the natural bump/ relief effect that the texture have:

Well thank you! I mainly wanted to do Elsweyr for the Deserts and ease of borders but then I grew attached to the Khajiit and culture myself! I always play as Dark Elves and Khajiit now.

That would be awesome. It's always bugged me that the Ordinators don't wear greaves. Realistically-speaking, this means all anyone has to do is going for the tendons behind the knees and those dudes are screwed.

I'm into remaking some Skyrim goods so we can work with something legal around here. Since I'm trying to make them as similar to originals as possible my progress is horribly slow but oh well.
Only 2 meshes done so far:

Jud..er http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/jj238/Chakich/dragonstaff.png  (added the gem/ball to make it more similar to MW's silver staff a la WoT3E)
http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/jj238/Chakich/glassshield.png

These meshes are raw blender files atm so I need to learn some proper way of UV mapping before I can start texturing them.

Update on Elsweyr: You might be able to buy body parts for alchemy in Senchal...creepy right? Necromancers may be present in small numbers there.
