Recognise the gauntlets and the Hammer, the Armour looks different though.

Always nice to see your work Kalamestari :)

Is that for your Hammerfell mod? Did you get a proper height map for it?

Question 1: Yes.

Question 2: What do you mean?

a height map for Hammerfell, you know so you know where mountains and the search will be, also have you gotten the borders to be compatible with the high rock, cyrodiil and skyrim mods?

The mountains shall be where I decide they shall be. Hammerfell is mine to build exactly how I wish to. One day, when Bethesda gets around to showcasing the province in a future ES game, it will look completely different. In fact, it would look completely different regardless, which is partially why I don't care if the differences are striking.

Borders are of no concern to me, as I have not actually built a landmass way, way, way off to the left of Vvardenfell or something. No, I have taken the frozen island known as Solstheim, which I feel that after (nearly) ten years has become quite a waste of valuable and useful real estate, and turned it into Hammerfell. Snow has become sand, blizzards have become sandstorms, the rivers and lakes have dried up, and, eventually, instead of spriggans, players will be getting attacked by giant scorpions (it's a desert, you have to have giant scorpions, it's gaming law).

Most people are sticklers for lore correctness, I take joy in re-writing it to my liking. Way more fun.

It's not hard to understand that Tonal desires to make alternate universes based on aspects of Morrowind that would beg a new game to be started.

I don't understand people. if they don't like it they don't have to download it. I also may try Sunfall when it's finished.

To be honest, the haters get a lot nastier when you mess with the lore. Otherwise, they usually just don't say anything at all.

Be ready for a long wait. Year and a half minimum.

I'm not doing Summerset Isle anymore. Hammerfell felt like a better idea.

That'll give me plenty of time to do the MQ and dlcs of Morrowind then.

Enough everyone. Such immaturity running through this thread it's ridiculous. On the other hand, I love the idea of Sunfall. It's going to be amazing, if he finishes and doesn't lose interest due to people who don't know anything else except belittle.

So, I say Good-job on the idea Tonal. I like and will be waiting for such release when the time comes.

Your making an Argonian Island!? Curious, you have any screens? If you already said yay or nay to others, I apologize I have not seen nothing of it.

AND My Argonian Village/City is nearing completion. Probably 3-6 more days. Could Easily be sooner.

Thank you. And no amount of discouragement is going to keep me from finishing it. Scripting problems might do me in though. Oh boy is there going to be a lot of scripting...

I feel you on the scripting I'll be running into that issue soon enough. lol And your welcome. Also, I know, discouragement doesn't affect me either. :D

It would certainly affect me. But off topic.

Tonal, how are you going to implement the weather for Solstheim? You could just include some meshes to overwrite the Blizzard, but you'd get a lot of emails saying "lol I unstalled and blizards are stll sandsrms!"

Remove the snowstorms and replace them with sandstorms? Should only be sand if the ESP is active I think.

Hey look! This thread got suddenly shorter. And a lot less hostile.

Thank you to those of you who did not rise to immature baiting tactics and simply reported the problem in the thread. Please folks, in the future, just report and ignore people who are obviously breaking forum rules or just behaving badly. Thanks.

I cannot for the life of me find the file i need to to do that. it's near Seyda Neen. and it's all Argonians. i'm building a house on the island. really all i need to do is make more NPC's fix the landscape and add trees and such. and build more NPC houses.

Well, since I can't create new weather effects, the best thing to do would be to set certain regions to have ashstorms almost all the time, and include an optional texture replacer for the sky during ashstorms, so that it looks more like a sandstorm, but doesn't look funky when you're running around on Vvardenfell during an ashstorm there.

Good idea. I'll make an alternate morrowind install for Sunfall (already got like 4), so it doesn't matter much to me, but most people probably won't go to much trouble.

Edit: Also, thank God for moderators.

Hahah. I have scripted before but hardly did so. Though, from what I gathered it was rather simple for me. YET, Texturing, even with the help of real-high grade guides, is something I couldn't do to save my life plus the lives of a hundred others.. . Yet I still stubbornly try. hahaha
