I've just finished http://adul.net/mw/ironcuirass.jpg. I just removed the belt part, made it a little bit more bulky, and added the frontal ridge that I so adore in the vanilla iron cuirass. If you want this in your game, you can grab it from http://adul.net/mw/ironcuirass.zip. Credit goes to Jeremy McGuinn, Darknut, and Mr.Magic for the models and textures I've used as a base.

I like it. Thanks for sharing it! :)

Looks very cool. Are you planning on redoing the doors and docks as well? If not, I think they need to be retextured to match.

Yeah Im pretty much going from the Imperial Prison Ship and just walking and everything I pass gets either a new mesh and texture or minimum a new texture.

I am making "linking books" like in Myst which will allow the player to teleport to whichever town the book represents. There are going to be 23 total: one for each fast travel town, with two for Vivec due to its hugeness, plus Ald Velothi, Pelagiad, and Ghostgate. Right now the art and texts for the books are done and they all look sweet (in my opinion) and soon scripting will begin.

I'm planning to hide each book in an interior in the town it links to. The mod is going to be a bit like a treasure hunt. The Vivec books are for Foreign Quarter and Temple. None are going to be in containers and none will be held by people, but they're going to be hard to find.

Hey, cool! That picture of Seyda Neen even makes it look a bit like Myst Island. Is the book written in D'ni as well?

Jumping between different projects at the moment back to Iron weapons

I did a version of Light of Day that is Ebony instead of Iron like it is in Vanilla, let me know what you think:

The text is actually randomly-generated "Lorem Ipsum" text blocks with Daedric font. Completely meaningless. Maybe some interesting translations here and there.

The images from the books are aerial screens I took in game, run through an ink painting art filter in my image editing program.

There was a house mod a while back that did essentially this. There were some obvious differences, of course, but they were essentially linking books. (the difference is that the books would send you to seemingly random places)

You might look into that if you need a guide on how to do certain things.

:o *jawdrop* Magnificent! If you release them as a resource, I'll be the first to gobble them all up. :D

-------------

Been too busy to follow up on Anteres' instructions for segmenting meshes in Blender. I really want to chop up the BM and TB meshes and play mix-and-match with the weapon parts to generate new weapons there. There's also a few things I could do with some vanilla meshes... the possibilities are limitless - unlike my spare time! D: If anyone wants to lend a collaborating hand, drop me a PM.

-------------

I finished texturing the meshes for a full set of silver and duke silver armor. However, I'm hitting a mental roadblock when it comes to opening up the CS and setting up body parts and putting this stuff in game. -_- I think it'll look pretty cool... but I can't be 100% certain until I see it in-game.

These look fantastic. :D

Thank you Zaarin :) (For those of you who missed it and want to check it out, here is http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1114308-show-us-what-you-are-working-on/page__view__findpost__p__16379024 I made a few days ago.)

I am working on another hairstyle for male characters, a ponytail. There are a few available in vanilla morrowind for Bretons, Imperials and Redguards, so hopefully it shouldn't look out of place:
http://s62.photobucket.com/albums/h91/Mandamus_TES/Hairstyles/?action=view¤t=catogan01.jpg
http://s62.photobucket.com/albums/h91/Mandamus_TES/Hairstyles/?action=view¤t=catogan02.jpg
It's still a wip as I have a few things left to fix (hence the lack of a front picture), but most of the work is done and I have managed to get rid alpha clipping on the back. I spent some time making sure the ponytail didn't clip with most vanilla cuirasses, it still clips with one or two but overall it works fine.

Ha I hear you sister, it's even worse if you bump or gloss map something- they don't even show up in Nifskope or the cs. What I do is just temporarily overwrite meshes which I may observe in an existing save game, I'd really rather not spend hours settings things up which may not see the light of day.

I suspect the lava thing is a framerate issue tbh. Animations are set to run at 15 frames per second, if mw drops below that I recon bad things could happen to the frames/key frames.

Good work slart!
