Daedric is finished.

http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v217/AnOldFriend/Concepts/?action=view¤t=DaedricArmor.mp4

I also redid the Adamantium a bit so that the reflection map is a bit more "flat."

http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v217/AnOldFriend/Concepts/?action=view¤t=AdamantiumArmor2.mp4

And here are the other 2 sets for those who are to lazy to browse the thread. :)

http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v217/AnOldFriend/Concepts/?action=view¤t=GlassArmor.mp4
http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v217/AnOldFriend/Concepts/?action=view¤t=IndorilArmor.mp4

And here is a temp download link for the 4 sets I have finished up to now.

http://www.4shared.com/file/iPQvhvln/IlluminatedArmor.html (Fixed)

IMPORTANT:

Requires MCP 1.7 or higher with "Enable reflection effects on skinned models" on.

I highly recommend also enabling "Bump/Reflect map local lighting." I purposely over did the reflection effect so that it renders the way I wanted it to with this feature in mind. Without this enabled you will probably get an extremely bright reflection. :D

And last I would also recommend using Darknuts armor textures. They give an extra boost to the look of the armor.

The shields I will include in a later update..... :flamethrower:

Looks so fantastic in-game! :D Any plans to expand this to other armor types?

EDIT: Or, perhaps, Dremoras with your shiny new armor? :P

I plan on doing more, I don't know if I will ever get to all of them though.

Seems to be working fine for me. You might have tried DLing while I was switching to the updated file with the missing textures included.

I am pretty sure that MCP doesn't effect the CS. Nifskope also doesn't render the effects. Sceneimmerse renders the effects but not quite true to how they will look in game with MCP's "Bump/Reflect map local lighting." enabled. You will just have to go in game to see how things look. ;)

How do these look to you? I take it youve been to this place before? As in, "the real world" :P

Let me know what you think, if your happy with it i'll upload the esp for you. It may need moving a few cells as ive not tested it with TR loaded, but that would only really take a second with TESFaith, aslong as you don't use the GUI version anyway :)

Looks pretty damn amazing.

Beavis and butthead: do america? :goodjob:

I have a landmass wip I started a couple of weeks ago.
Right now I have no exterior as I'm focusing on the main dialogue.
(plus I svck at landscaping new landmasses)
I have the interiors for a barracks, a castle, and throne room.
(and lots of dialogue)

Which brings me to Sgmonkey

Are you still taking requests?
PM me if you'd like, or post here, I have a general idea of what I want, but I could never make it myself....

Or if you could point me in the direction of a good hieght map tut,
I looked on google but couldn't find anything

Thanks
-Kyro

Hi Kyromods, if that is indeed your real name

@AnOldFriend3
Thanks for releasing these!

Just noticed that the MPP includes a fixed version of the Glass Helmet which corrects clipping issues with certain head shapes - there's also a fix for the Templar Helmet. From the MPP documentation that would be of interest:

Bug Fixes.txt
* templar helmet no longer clips with certain head meshes
* glass helmet no longer clips with certain head meshes
* certain ebony armor meshes no longer have a green hue

Would be great if you could use the fixed version of the helmets for these reflection upgrades. The Ebony armor fixes are mostly for the ground meshes - you might want to use them as a base if you decide to upgrade Ebony. :)

Any chance of applying this method to the female Divine Domina cuirass counterparts? There's a Better Bodies compatibility update available for Divine Domina which should also be considered. BTW, Darknut also did texture replacers for DD. B)

Won't be playing morrowind in the dark with those textures. :)

I liked the dark and glowy red surroundings to the ghostfence from your last video, is that something that has already been released?

whoa, quick reply :)

I don't keep up to date with texture replacers etc much, but that atmosphere definitely looked like an ashlands that I would want to play ;)

@AOF

The armors are incredible. Seems almost unreal how good they look.

Exactly what Morro needed. Glass being my favorite. But I'm looking forward to see Chitin armor

A question though, can this "effect" be applied to creatures too. Those that lets say have chitin shell?
