Does this come off as its's supposed to? (Old http://imageshack.us/a/img802/6421/zwotastatue2.png of http://imageshack.us/a/img832/5278/zwotastatue1.png, he was a deadric sorcerer/ruler of Athlis at one point).

I tend to throw pieces together rather than create new whole new meshes, so hopefully I will not recieve too much hate . (I've recently aquired ZBrush and I am hoping to get very good with it just for this sort of reason.)

EDIT: Does't help that the angles aren't the best either.

Well it certainly looks like some sort of sculpture, I wouldn't say I would be able to tell it was supposed to be a humanoid being unless you had told me though, lol. But it's daedric architecture, so I accept it as abstract.

Okay, children - Tamriel Rebuilt time!

http://i.imgur.com/4tCZYgj.jpg of a small Dres place, Oroynyon Bay. Btw this is the southernmost part of where we'll use WG stuff (promise). As the Head of Exteriors at TR I spend some time working on currently unavailable-to-modders areas just in order to develop new regions and try out different setups. This area is from the upper right corner of http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/g/maps/created/mw_map6.jpg.

http://i.imgur.com/0IwDJ3d.jpg, facing north. Again, this is very WIP. The Thirr river runs north towards Old Ebonheart, up where you can spot a little floater in the picture. The orange-ish color is the Shipal Shin region surrounding Narsis. Note that textures are WIP and probably subject to change. The blue vertex shaded areas are just markings for where we'll make rivers and waterfalls. And I mean proper ones, like http://i.imgur.com/1NVme.jpg (Gargen Huul).

Yeah, we have http://i.imgur.com/9fFhBHQ.jpg left to do.

Haha, that last screenshot looks almost like the transition between the detailed part of the Province in games like Skyrim and Oblivion and what's past the border. In any case, the WIP stuff looks fantastic! I can't wait to explore it all, I still need to explore the southern bit of your most recent release, I've barely set foot there!

My Guar WIP (continued):
Hedgehog-12's guar textures isn't too good and original guar UV has many mistakes, so I decide to do my own retexture of guar, which part-textures (limb, body, head) can be indepented from UV in any way, using some Hedgehog's elements.

Guar:

Packguar:

White Guar:

I don't like, how UV is looking at guar neck - and this happens with all retextures, I have seen. Can any one remodel guar?

No I am not that guy, I definitely said something completely different wich was reasonable and can't be really argued with.
BTW I make textures myself, I actually paint them by myself - how about you?

http://img201.imageshack.us/img201/6386/liardi.jpg, but you just used other words. Anyhow, they don't change the meaning.

If you have problems with what people have said, please take it up with the mods. This thread is not for that.

Oh, Apel, c'mon, everybody know you just don't like Fullrest.ru

Please, don't start again, say anything related to the topic.

Sincerely yours, Phoenix_Neko.

There were the Ashlander lanterns, then there were Imperial lanterns. I had started a whole remesh/retexture for all the lanterns and candles that people hadn't already replaced before my mouse stopped working and was gonna replace those Ashlander lanterns, but then my computer happened. :P

Oh wow that is an awesome change, I approve. :D

if you ever compile it, I'd be very interested... always on the look out for good light source replacers. Apel had some pretty great ashlander lanterns he showed pics of once, did they ever get released? Maybe in between trolling the thread he'll see this  (I kid I kid, это шутка)

Besides the ones SWG mentioned, there's the two used throughout Telvanni towns that I was really looking forward to, which are light_de_lantern_05 (the rectangular wooden one) and light _de_streetlamp_01 (another metal hanging one)

Ha, I made them a crude waystone (wasn't meant to be crude, it just svcked.) and some new cliff meshes. Guess I have to do a exterior showcase regardless.

Very cool stuff! The juxtaposition of redoran architecture and mountainous, snowy landscapes is very neat, and Narsis looks great. That region is gonna be a sort of desert-y climate, or more like grazelands/savannah?

If i remember correctly. house dres lands are like the bread basket of morrowind. So it'd be a fairly fertile land.

It’s still a work in progress, and there’s not much to say about it. I wanted a face for Vivec that looked more femme so I put this together. I have no idea how it’ll look ingame and I won’t be able to test it until I can do 3d stuff again, but umm, yeah idk what else to say.

Well, I was feeling particularly lazy, so I https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/42876609/Paper%20Lanterns%20Replacer/Light_Ashl_Lantern_01.png. I take no credit for this pitiful excuse for a labor. I still don't think I can or want to really improve the Light_De_Lantern_05 beyond maybe smoothing the ring.

What's the face/triangle count on the subsurfed mesh compared to the original? Subsurfing doesn't really seem ideal for those lanterns polycount wise.

879 on the new, 123 on the old. Nothing outrageous, considering the typically sparse usage of these lanterns. Either way, I didn't feel like remodeling them from scratch as I did with some others or doing something more time consuming like loop cuts. Turned out well enough for my desires :)

I was planning on just adding a few extra polys here and there where they needed them visually. I'd be doing so many things with a working mouse, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ciWPFvLS5IY.
