Agrees with Apel, it's just so much more immersive.. Looking great :)

I do that, being a texturer, I'll play games and then literally stop what I'm doing and stare at a pretty texture, or I'll get really annoyed by a crappy one, and sometimes stop playing the game because of it.

If it's something over-the-top bad / unnatural i can sometimes get annoyed too :D but not to the point that i quit playing. I remember playing Oblivion with Quarl's texture pack, that was pure annoyance half of the time, until i uninstalled it. The game looked completely "scattered" with it, like he only had looked at individual textures and not how it looked as a whole. Most overrated texture pack / texturer ever.

Yup, it's 40962, I'm probably going to distribute a 20482 version this time though, as a lot of people had reported problems with the highres textures (not showing up at all, ect.).

I never had a problem with the high-res textures, so hopefully you will release both versions. Either way its looking great.

I am, what I meant was I'm going to release a 20482 version of the mod as well as the regular 40962 version.

yup. actually.. defiantly.
the Moesring mountains is where the last battle between Nord and Flamer happened, and it's where the snow prince fell. But that all happened in the 1st era, which is along time ago. I haven't really added any falmer stuff for 2 reasons:
1. most will be burried under the ice and snow by now.
2. unless i'm given permission to use MA and\or Vality's stuff, my own falmer meshes will look completely different from theirs, so it wont mach.. making the mods brake each others "aesthetics" (better word please? :P)

so i'm gonna make sure the Halls work with this, so people can still have falmer in the Moesring Mountain's. :D

@Wolli
My congratulations, that construction looks pretty nice and blends perfectly in the frozen landscape.
I also love interiors made in exterior places like the ones shown in screenies. Want to see more of this!

I've almost finished Balmora - some minor tweaks left. The next will be Suran as the second largest city with hlaalu architecture style.

That looks amazing. Are you going to do anything with all of the buildings that have windows, but with closed shutters? And what about the arrow slots on forts? Light shining in through cave and shack doors would be pretty awesome. Oh yeah, shacks. I believe that around the top, the wire screen would as a window of sorts.

Also, I know that ash storms are a problem. Hrnchamd said before that the mesh is too big, I believe. I'm pretty sure it's the same with blizzards. Maybe a new mesh could make it possible.

What I'm working on isn't.. showable per se. I'm making new spell scrolls based on spell names and descriptions from Arena, the TES Travels games, Battlespire, Daggerfall, Morrowind's non-player-acquirable spells, and *gasp* Oblivion. I also created some new diseases and propose changes to the current disease effects for vanilla diseases.

The goal for the spells:
- some are themed. Imperial Cult, Tribunal Temple, and Solstheim/Nordic are the themes I have. They are listed first. My hope would be that Imperial ones are only sold by cult/legion merchants, Temple ones by Temple merchants, and Nordic only up in Solstheim.
- the rest are high-end spells, both offensive and defense types
The disease:
- more variability
- more effects
- changed the magnitude range for some vanilla diseases to be consistent with their descriptions (common mild, acute, serious, etc)
- made blight diseases a bit more powerful
I mostly used old name for real-world diseases. (http://www.homeoint.org/cazalet/oldnames.htm)

Let me know if any of the spells are too overpowered. I've been working on these on and off for about a week.

Not that I'm going to care as much when I get my new laptop, but how's the drop in FPS on the new interior design?
